Lifetime Income
Everyone in your audience who buys a Flow account with your code earns you commission. Not once. Not for a year. Forever. While you sleep, while you trade, while you do absolutely nothing.
Lifetime commission on every eligible purchase: first evaluation and re-purchases after a failed evaluation. One referral that keeps paying.
No monthly sales quota. No exclusivity clause. No trap contract. You promote when you want, how you want.
You get an exclusive coupon with your name. Your audience sees your code, not ours. You stay the trusted voice. We handle the product.
Brazilian ambassadors get paid directly, with no conversion and no international transfer fee. You choose. We deliver.
We pay. Payout receipts are public. Rules are published before any purchase. When you refer Flow, you're referring something your audience can verify before spending a cent. That's why it converts.
Your next commission could have started yesterday. Talk to us.
Become an ambassadorThe Flow Works LLC (dba The Flow Trader Funding) — Part I of II: Program Policy
This document is Part I (Policy) of the Flow Trader Funding Ambassador Program. It must be read together with Part II — Ambassador Agreement, which incorporates this Policy by reference and forms an integral part of the binding contract between the Company and the Ambassador.
Amendment notice (v2.4): The Program is reclassified as the "Ambassador Program" (formerly "Affiliate Program"). This is a terminology change only — eligibility rules, commission structure, the Active Marketing Presence Requirement (Section 4b), and the independent-contractor relationship are unchanged. This version does NOT include a multi-level / sub-ambassador structure.
The Flow Trader Funding Ambassador Program (operated by The Flow Works LLC, hereinafter "Company") allows individuals and businesses to promote our trader Evaluation Plans in exchange for lifetime recurring commissions on all eligible purchases made by the referred client, for as long as the binding remains active and the ambassador remains in good standing under this Policy.
To participate in the Program, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
Commissions are calculated on the net value of eligible transactions made by the linked client (as defined below), excluding taxes and payment processing fees. The applicable rate is determined by the plan purchased in each specific transaction:
| Plan | Account Value | Recurring Commission |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | USD 10,000 | 10% |
| Professional | USD 25,000 | 13% |
| Elite | USD 50,000 | 16% |
| Master | USD 100,000+ | 20% |
Lifetime recurring model: commission applies to future eligible transactions by the linked client, with no time limit.
Account Reset and Activation Fee are operational charges and are not included in the commission calculation base.
Commissions are credited after the 14-day chargeback guarantee window.
To remain eligible to accrue new recurring commissions under this Program, the ambassador must maintain an active, visible presence as a Company ambassador. This requirement exists to ensure the lifetime binding model rewards ongoing promotional engagement, not a one-time act of referral.
This requirement governs the ambassador's continued active status in the Program, not the survival of existing commissions — commissions already credited, and the underlying client bindings, are never retroactively cancelled for marketing inactivity alone.
Verification relies on the official @ tag/mention appearing on the Company's account activity for the platform used — no manual submission or approval by the Company is required each month.
The Company reviews content format only against the approved marketing kit; it does not dictate posting times, platforms exclusively, or working methods, consistent with the independent-contractor relationship described in Clause 3 of the Ambassador Agreement.
Ambassadors who exceed the mandatory minimum are not required to do so, but may opt into a bonus for higher visibility:
Frequency: Monthly — 15th of the following month
Minimum payout: USD 50.00
Accepted methods: Wire Transfer, Wise, PayPal, USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20)
Currency: USD (US Dollar)
Calculation basis: Net value of eligible transactions by the linked client (Section 4.1) — Account Reset and Activation Fee excluded
Commissions below the minimum payout threshold roll over to the following month. A detailed commission statement per linked client will be available in real time in the ambassador dashboard. The Company reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud or policy violation, pending the outcome of an internal investigation, or during a Marketing Inactivity Suspension under Section 4b.
The Company provides a complete approved marketing kit in the ambassador dashboard, including banners, videos, copy, logos, and hashtags. Ambassadors agree to use only approved materials or those previously submitted for review and authorization.
The Company may suspend or terminate an ambassador's account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:
The ambassador may terminate their participation at any time by written notice. Upon termination — whether by the ambassador or the Company — the lifetime binding between the ambassador and their linked clients is extinguished, and recurring commissions cease from the termination date. Commissions already credited on eligible transactions occurring before the termination date will be paid in the next regular cycle, provided there are no open investigations or pending disputes.
Voluntary account closure results in permanent loss of all linked client relationships and all future recurring commissions.
No sales quota is required — accounts with no new referrals continue earning recurring commissions on existing bindings normally. Continued Program eligibility, however, is subject to the Active Marketing Presence Requirement (Section 4b).
The ambassador acquires no ownership rights over the Company's trademarks, domain names, logos, systems, or technologies. Use of marketing materials is limited to the purposes of the Program and ceases immediately upon termination of the partnership.
Personal data collected in the context of this Program is processed in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy, in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, and Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018) as applicable based on the ambassador's jurisdiction.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, with at least 15 days' prior written notice to active ambassadors. Continued participation after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Commission rate changes apply exclusively to new clients linked AFTER the effective date of the change. Clients already linked to the ambassador at the time of the change continue generating commission at the rate in effect when the binding was established (grandfathered rate), unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by both Parties.
For all purposes of this Policy and the Ambassador Agreement, a client is considered "active" if they meet at least one of the following criteria:
A client is considered "inactive" if they have not completed any eligible transaction for more than 24 consecutive months AND do not hold an active funded account. Client inactivity does NOT extinguish the ambassador binding — the binding remains on record and automatically resumes generating commissions upon any new eligible transaction, at any future time.
The Company enforces a zero-tolerance fraud policy. The following constitute fraud under this Program, without limitation:
The Company reserves the right to audit, at any time and without prior notice, the attribution records, conversion history, and purchase patterns of clients linked to any ambassador. In the event of suspected fraud, the Company may: (i) preventively suspend payments; (ii) retroactively cancel commissions from fraudulent transactions; (iii) terminate the Agreement for cause; (iv) demand restitution of improperly received commissions plus a penalty of 2x the restituted amount; and (v) report the conduct to competent authorities and payment platforms.
